Team 26 Cruises Into the Bayou

Originally planned as Team 27, some consolidation makes this our 26th Katrina response team. Groups from Sunbury United Methodist Church, Westerville Schools, New Life Church in Canal Winchester, and South Dayton Church of Christ are arriving throughout the day in Bayou La Batre, Alabama. Actually 80% of them all arrived between 7:00 and 7:30 this evening.

I'm waiting for the last group as I write this and enjoying an offshore lightshow.

...And now as I come back to this posting I've been working on since 2:00 this afternoon, I've helped them set up their tents and get settled.

Tomorrow is church and sightseeing for the team. I hope to get back some pics of their adventures and have a few to post from our exploration the last couple of days. Then Monday it'll be everyone hard at work.
